Flight Arrivals
Prior to arrival, your flight will be monitored to ensure you will be met on time.
For all domestic arrivals, we will receive you outside Gate No.2(per booked taxi and shuttel / pick up point is located just outside gate no.2), 20 minutes after your flight lands. For all international arrivals, we will receive you outside Gate No.2(per booked taxi and shuttel / pick up point is located just outside gate no.2), 40 minutes after your flight lands.
In case your flight arrives early we will make our best attempt to reschedule the transfers to meet the earlier than expected arrival time; if not possible we will meet you at the time as outlined in our booking confirmation.
FLIGHT DEPARTURES
Allow at least 40 minutes for domestic flights and 2-3 hours for international flights when checking-in. For more specific information regarding check-in, contact your airline directly.
For all domestic departures, we will pick you from your location in Christchurch 2 hrs prior to your flight. For all international departures, we will pick you from your location in Christchurch 3 hrs prior to your flight.
We suggest the above-mentioned timings to provide you ample of time for check-in for your flights. If you wish to be picked up earlier/ later than this, kindly let us know & we will try our best to meet your requirements subject to availability.

What you can expect during your visit:
My Vaccine Pass certificates will be required for everyone taking part in any of our Tours or Transfers. People under the age of 12 years and 3 months are not required to show proof of vaccination. We reserve the right to verify the pass through the NZ Pass verifier app and/or asking for valid ID. Exempt passengers are also required to have a My Vaccine Pass. Masks are required on tour coach and you must not travel if you're feeling unwell.
